Made very welcome and seen on time which was appreciated. The Consultant carefully explained very aspect of the examination and was very reassuring. Offered a range of options and did not pursue the most expensive ones!! Will certainly be back.

I had an eye test today for a DVLA form, a guy called Sean Gave me the eye test, i will say this guy really knows his stuff, i felt at ease all the time i was there, he explained everything he was doing as he was going through the test, and at no stage did he try and get me to buy glasses that i didn't need, now for the service i received today i am more than happy to drive from Keith when ever my wife or myself need check ups, all the staff were lovely and you kinda felt like you were more on a one to one basis

Arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly, chatty young woman. Her colleague arrived a few minutes later and I was party to their obviously good working relationship. The Optician called me through, took a history and explained what she would do. The Optician was friendly, chatty and put me at my ease. The exam completed without any need for change. I felt cared for, included and not sold anything I didn't need. I am very happy with my experience.
