IC Andrew Opticians

Arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly, chatty young woman. Her colleague arrived a few minutes later and I was party to their obviously good working relationship. The Optician called me through, took a history and explained what she would do. The Optician was friendly, chatty and put me at my ease. The exam completed without any need for change. I felt cared for, included and not sold anything I didn't need. I am very happy with my experience.

Very good indeed. I was nervous but it was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Recommend totally.

As normal, the service was excellent from booking to the test itself. The staff from reception to Optician were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Always liked ic Andrew for that family feel. The staff are absolutely brilliant along with the opticians. Did get transferred up to other one in theain street but far prefer ic Andrews. For mor homely . Top marks to everyone
