About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Administrator to join our busy Corporate team on a full time basis.

The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our Smart Employee Eyecare division and to promote Duncan and Todd's Corporate Eyecare/SEE to potential clients and ensure existing client’s requirements are fulfilled. Some of the core responsibilities of this role are;

  • Handle requests for Eyecare packs and SEE vouchers ensuring the appropriate materials are provided to the client in a timely manner
  • Deal with queries from existing clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled, e.g. dealing with clients’ employees, dispatch of stationery to nominated personnel, invoice queries and any other relevant task.
  • Process Eyecare forms and vouchers and record and process sight tests and spectacle orders as appropriate, ensuring all queries, cancellations and non-conformance are noted and acted upon.
  • Monitor manufacturing time and delivery time of spectacle orders and follow up any queries/delays at Caledonian Optical and inform Network Optician of any delays.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Department to assist with any queries regarding Network Opticians, payments or invoices, resolving issues or referring to the Corporate Manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure filing is carried out on a daily basis to ensure current records are up to date and accurate and that material is archived as appropriate.
  • Assist with the monthly stock take, ensuring accurate stock levels are recorded and any discrepancies highlighted to the Corporate Manager
  • Any other duties as required to assist in the smooth running of the department
  • Being first point of contact of all customer related queries.

Previous experience in administration and Microsoft packages is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
