I had a very positive experience during my eye test. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

I recently visited Douglas Dickie for the first time, where a full Eye Examination was performed very professionally by Elaine, whose attention to detail was first class. This covered both Distance and Reading Vision. Subsequently, Dorothy performed the closing part of the Eye Examination, and carefully checked my Hearing too. After receiving 2 pairs of glasses from an online supplier in accordance with my Douglas Dickie prescription, Dorothy then very carefully adjusted the legs of both pairs in order that they were a comfortable fit. The atmosphere in the premises is friendly & welcoming. Highly commend!

I cannot recommend Optometrist Nicola Stewart (at Mannofield) highly enough. I always find my visits daunting due to my family eye health history. Nicola goes out of her way to try to relax me and gives very clear explanations at every stage. I have complete faith in Nicola’s knowledge and expertise. Thank you Nicola. Very best wishes, Kay G
