My optician was excellent as usual, she knows me from previous eye exams, she was very thorough as she had asked if I was having any problems and would see what they could do for me. Once the exam was completed I was passed to another lady to give me prices for new glasses this is where I was shocked at the prices you were asking. You need to look at your pricing as I can get cheaper elsewhere

Routine eye test - Belmont street very quick and efficient service, every area of exam explained in a simple way to understand afterwards. All staff very friendly and helpful. 5 ⭐️

Always greeted with a smile by the lovely Caroline. The optician that did my eye examination on both contact lenses and glasses was a lovely friendly chap called Stefan who was very thougher and explained everything well. Another lovely friendly girl helped me choose my new frames. A lovely experience, just remember to appreciate your staff as they make the business a success.

This is 2nd time I have had appointment with Donna and delighted with service. She is so professional and friendly and explains everything and puts you at ease. Wouldn't hesitate returning.

My optician was lovely. She was professional, kind, patient with my kids attending my appointment with me and had a sense of humour, which helped me when my son was playing up during my appointment. I felt at ease and got the help that I needed with my eye sight.
