I received a reminder text. I called in the morning and got seen the same day. The optician was great. She communicated/explained everything she was doing. I was in and out in half an hour.

Very quick, friendly and professional service from initial phone call to being seen by optometrist the same day. Receptionist was very helpful. Optometrist was highly professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. She was also extremely thorough in her examination and really put my mind at ease.
