First time at this Optician and from start to finish everything was perfect. Optician and all the staff were professional, friendly and efficient. From the examinations to the fitting I have had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

I took my 90 year old mum for her appointment, after being dissatisfied with another opticians. She was seen by Lisa who was absolutely fantastic, she put my mum at ease and did a thorough examination whilst speaking slowly and calmly to reassure my mum. It was a pleasure to watch, my mum commented, it was the best eye test ever thanks Lisa.

My expensive specs needed fixing. Unfortunately out of warranty. The team sourced spares, repaired and serviced my specs and SANDRA managed to get me an impressive discount. I highly recommend the Elgin branch and will continue to use them exclusively. Tom Gray

I was extremely impressed by the service I received at my recent visit to Duncan &Todd. My eye test was carried out efficiently, and Lisa Shankland was both friendly and professional, putting me at my ease throughout. I am a long-standing client and will continue to use Duncan &Todd in the future.

My appointment was with Nicole and I was taken on time. She explained everything as she went through the examination process, and did so in a way easy to understand. I have some changes but she assured me that they are nothing to worry about. Required new glasses and the dispenser was very helpful with assisting me.
