Duncan and Todd

My appointment was with Nicole and I was taken on time. She explained everything as she went through the examination process, and did so in a way easy to understand. I have some changes but she assured me that they are nothing to worry about. Required new glasses and the dispenser was very helpful with assisting me.

My optician was very efficient, polite and caring. I felt she enjoyed her job and took interest in seeing I was well informed and guided me through the test well. The other staff were all very polite and friendly.

The staff were great and my eye test was thorough. I only didn't make it 5 stars because the lens were a bit more expensive than i'd expect. A gorgeous selection of glasses though.

All the staff at Duncan and Todd are friendly and welcoming. My eye test included a scan which was reassuring. I was assisted when choosing my frames, which are two for the price of one with D&T’s own. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you all.

Welcoming, kind and relaxed environment. Extremely thorough examination and the optician took the time to explain her findings in detail. Polite and professional lady helped me choose my glasses, very patient and helpful. I wasn’t made to feel rushed and she was knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience and I most definitely will continue to use Duncan and Todd for the future.
