The whole experience was very easy and the staff were a fantastic help! I felt really nervous beforehand but as soon as I was having my eyesight checked, those nerves washed away and everything went very smoothly.

The shop was bright and clean and despite the fact that it was very busy, the staff were friendly and attentive. The Optometrist was very pleasant and professional who made me feel that he knew me well even though we only see each other once a year. The examination was carried out very efficiently and he explained each step of the process. At the end, he went through the results carefully with me, explaining all the important elements. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

Staff all very good. However, if I am spending over £800 with you, I feel I should be able to get proper hard spectacle cases. Few people are more environmentally conscious than I am. The "eco-friendly," explanation really doesn't cut it. There are plenty of eco-friendly materials that could make hard cases, such as bamboo, plant-derived materials and suchlike. Even recycled plastic would be an improvement. I don't want to break a £100 or so pair of glasses by, say, accidentally sitting on them or tossing a rucksack somewhere just because you haven't organised eco-friendly hard cases. You really need to sort this out.
