Very informative and thorough eye examination with a lovely optician. She was really good at explaining each process and patient when my eyes were adjusting, or my glasses steaming up.

Excellent service by all staff, especially the lady who did my eye exam, she was very clear and explained more about my cataracts than previously had been told to me which I found very useful and reassuring

Ellon branch very welcoming, making you feel comfortable immediately. Had an excellent eye test and enjoyed choosing and being advised what suited me by the very knowledgeable ladies. Looking forward to collecting my new glasses and sunglasses 🕶️ soon 😊

It was my first time at this Opticians’s, I was previously with another local one that sadly closed and so was moved over to Duncan & Todd. I was taken bang on time and the optician was lovely, she made me feel relaxed and was very thorough. Then I moved to another lady who took photos of my eye and helped me choose my glasses. She was absolutely lovely and didn’t rush me and really took time with me. I should mention the lovely receptionist’s who were really welcoming. Great experience.
