Nice place. Staff they are friendly understanding amazing. And it's not expensive nice range off prices for every budget.

Whilst driving up to Nairn I accidentally sat on my sunglasses when I got back in the car, which popped out the glass and warped the frame. When I popped in to the store I only wanted to know it they were still salvageable, and if so, what it would cost. The lady helping me had a look, asked me to have a seat for a second, and came back with my glasses looking pretty decent. She adjusted some things, and I left with my glasses being fixed and a lot more comfortable than they originally were! Wanted to pay for the assistence, but she refused, and just asked me to come back there if I'm ever in the area and need some glasses. If they help me, a guy who's very unlikely to ever be back there in such a way, I can only imagine the level of service they offer to their regulars.

Very pleasant experience with friendly and experienced staff. All tests carried out in a professional manner, and results explained thoroughly. Excellent service as always. (customer for many years.)

My 89yr old mum felt quite at ease, all staff were friendly, well advised and helped with choices , she really was delighted with everyone.

I brought my aunts glasses in to see if the leg could be fixed. It couldn't but a new pair were found that fitted the lenses. They were not expensive and were adjusted to the right fit I was so happy with the service. The optician could not have been more helpful and I would definitely recommend this shop
