Appt was on time and all staff were friendly polite and helpful. They took time to explain things and answer my questions.

The doctor was very professional and helpful, was asking questions and giving recommendations even about my general health. Was explaining each step we were taking and giving constant feedback, I was highly satisfied!

I was very impressed with Mr Watson, I hope that's his name! I thought I needed a new prescription and was quite willing to buy new glasses but he told me my prescription was still the same as 2 years ago therefore there was no need to buy new glasses.

Very thorough examination and information explained well. Help to chose new frames was much appreciated and explanation of different types of lenses was very good. Was disappointed that the interest free credit offer wasn't explained or offered to me at time of payment, unfortunately I didn't find out about this until after my appointment so didn't ask at the time

I was greeted upon arrival by friendly staff and asked to be seated. I only had a very short wait until my eye exam was performed. The optician was very helpful and explained each step of the exam. I was then show in to the front shop to choose glasses and sunglasses by a very helpful lady. I chose my new glasses with her help and left very happy.
