Friendly welcome. Optician explained everything she was goung to do, with a friendly manner, making my visit very relaxed

Everything went extremely well during a visit to Duncan and Todd, Inverurie made by my wife and myself on 20 March 2024. We received a personal welcome and waited a very short time to be seen by the Opticians in parallel. Everything was conducted on a friendly, courteous, very polite and very professional manner and we were both extremely pleased with the outcome.

It is always a pleasure to have Mrs. Redden carry out my annual assessment. First & foremost, I have complete confidence that she will thoroughly assess my eyes & vision. She explains everything clearly, including the retinal pictures which she compares with previous years to look for any new changes. Additionally, she makes time to ask after my family, several of whom are also trusting of her skills. We also share the same sense of humour! :-))

The optician was absolutely lovely , as was the assistant who helped me kindly to choose frames. Both ladies were above and beyond both professionally and politely. All staff said lovely hellos and good byes . For sure the best optician experience I’ve had in my 35 years. Will definitely continue to be a customer at the Inverurie branch.
