Staff were very friendly & helpful, I would have scored a full house, but there were a couple of things I wasn't overly happy about. First point: trying to get in the front door with a wheelchair. We were trying to get in and found it difficult until a staff member came out with a ramp. I absolutely hate being the centre of attention, and, of course, this drew a lot of people to stare. Once we got inside the shop, I had a horrible feeling that everyone inside was staring at the cripple in the wheelchair. Could you not fit a permanent ramp? The other point I was not happy about was the lack of space for privacy, but overall, it was a productive visit, and the staff are always willing to help, and they always have a smile on their faces.

Super friendly service, even got some advice on another health matter! Also got the legs of my glasses that I had sat on fixed and my sunglasses tightened up - great service and would highly recommend.
