Everything went extremely well during a visit to Duncan and Todd, Inverurie made by my wife and myself on 20 March 2024. We received a personal welcome and waited a very short time to be seen by the Opticians in parallel. Everything was conducted on a friendly, courteous, very polite and very professional manner and we were both extremely pleased with the outcome.

I had a very good experience. Everyone was helpful and chatty making the whole experience as enjoyable as being told your eyes are getting worse and it's time to spend a lot of money on new glasses can be. Highly recommended.

It is always a pleasure to have Mrs. Redden carry out my annual assessment. First & foremost, I have complete confidence that she will thoroughly assess my eyes & vision. She explains everything clearly, including the retinal pictures which she compares with previous years to look for any new changes. Additionally, she makes time to ask after my family, several of whom are also trusting of her skills. We also share the same sense of humour! :-))
