The staff were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, I am still a bit confused as to why the doctor at Ninewells Hospital asked about laser eye surgery but that did not seem to be the understanding of the optician. The visit went well however, see you next year.

Dropped in without appointment but didn't stop staff giving 100% customer service. I was an indecisive picky customer, looking for the best deal. Without doubt every member of staff we dealt with was smiley, patient and friendly. I was very happy when I left ! 100% recommended 😍

Helpful, friendly staff with great knowledge. Everything was explained throughout my eye exam and help while I chose a new pair of glasses was brilliant.

My wife took a lovely pair of glasses to get lenses in here, they came back way too tight on her head after they fitted the lenses. She took them back to get adjusted and they snapped the leg. Sorry but you didn’t buy them here … what sort of attitude is that? Never again. If you don’t know what you are doing just say sorry we don’t touch high quality frames in case we break them. Terrible customer service. Never again. Had multiple frames fitted with lenses and refitted to be comfortable and never ever had a brand new pair of frames broken by a so called optician. Stay clear!
