The D&T optician who tested and examined my eyes at the Arbroath branch was very professional, knowledgeable, person-centric, and thankfully happy to answer all my questions. I'm very grateful to all those working hard to provide fantastic NHS and community-based heath services, particularly those from other countries, who are willing to make Scotland their home while doing so. I would definitely recommend Duncan & Todd. They're absolutely superior to all the other big chain opticians I have tried. Great service. Many thanks.

Welcoming and helpful staff. The examiner put me at ease, and gave clear and simple explanation of what was being done step by step throughout the examination. I was impressed by the efficient and thorough way the examination was conducted and all questions I had were answered clearly.
