Highly recommend Duncan and Todd, Peterhead. Excellent customer service all round. The staff couldn't be more helpful, and are always willing to lend advice when required.

I called to make an appointment and was asked if I would like to be put on the cancellation list as I had a problem with my eyes. The very next day they called me with an appointment. I was very impressed with the optician and the girls on the front desk. The optician was so thorough with my eye test and clearly explained everything to me. The girl who helped me choose my new specs was excellent and gave me her honest opinion. She also clearly explained the choice of lenses available. Thank you very much for your great service I look very much forward to hearing from you when my new specs are ready.

Stand offish unhelpful attitude from "Amy" Won't be back nor recommend. Extremely unhelpful, made me feel like it was an inconvenience Update - called from i presume Amy who advised safety voucher would be cancelled to allow me to go elsewhere. No apology or the likes, maybe focus on customer service looking forward 👍 Ps...the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming however so not all poor standards.

I have been seen by three different optometrists/opticians over the past year. I would rate every single one of them as excellent. They are all knowledgeable, highly skilled and highly trained on the wide range of high tech equipment they have at their disposal. On top of this, their patient communication is absolutely first class, communicating complex matters effectively to lay patients. I would include all lay staff in the same 'excellent' category, arranging (and re-arranging) appointments often at short notice, always without the slightest reproach and always cheerful. Met by a friendly receptionist when I entered the store. Showed me to the waiting area and made me feel welcome. The optician who saw to me was very pleasant and explained each stage of the examination. Overall I was really pleased with my appointment
