Ms Trimmer examined my eyes for my 2 yearly routine eye examine She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the test and explained everything clearly. She had excellent interpersonal skills being a great communicator with a good sense of humour at the appropriate times. Well done!

I am as nervous with a session at the optician as with my dentist. But in this case and at my age worried about being able to keep my driving licence. However, as before the session was very relaxed and straightforward. One or two worries very easily explained and I kept my driving licence! A very positive and reassuring experience.

Friendly, well informed, informative and helpful solutions offered. Staff showed genuine interest in my ophthalmic problems and were very ready to help.

Eye test was one of the better ones I have experienced. Thorough and explained everything as we went through process. No information overload. Just the facts. Handover to choosing glasses was good. Prices and discounts explained before I started choosing and the gentleman was helpful in his suggestions as to what glasses were best for my look which I loved as I have only know in the past to be pointed to the rack of glasses and get on with it myself. The gentleman also looked at best price for me not by cutting corners but at what I needed. Overall a pleasant experience and this is coming from someone who doesn't like going to opticians normally.

Probably one of the best eye tests I've had. Kirsty listened, and acted upon, my concerns and needs. She gave plenty of time, and multiple chances for me to decide"which lens was best", at each stage of the process. I have more trust and satisfaction with this prescription, than previous ones over the years
