I was referred to Duncan and Todd by the opthalmology nurses at Caithness General as they considered I needed my eyes to be checked over quickly. Duncan and Todd staff were super efficient, friendly and reassuring and I was seen by the ophthalmologist the next day. Everything was checked over and the issue I was having was fully explained. Although I was advised I needed driving glasses to help with astigmatism (I didn’t know I had), I never felt as though I was pushed into buying them, which is so unlike experiences I’ve had with other well known opticians. Just over a week later, I have a new pair of clear and pair of sun glasses for driving and they are super. I’m really pleased with the service I received from this very professional company and would definitely recommend them.
