Best service optitions we have ever tried. Really friendly and both optitions are really friendly and professional. All the staff we encountered are really nice to deal with. This is so much better than using these fast turnover places where you just feel like cattle and your just a number to them. If you like a bit of friendlyservice , give Duncan & Todd a try! They are just so much better!

An emergency appointment was made for me with John Keenan in the Stirling premises, at 3:30 on a Saturday - I was in huge pain and desperate for advice. I was given such fabulous help by John - he showed me a level of kindness and compassion which was above and beyond with a comprehensive examination and his diagnosis. He went even further liasing with the local hospital to get me seen as quickly as possible for confirmation of his diagnosis and treatment. I cannot praise him highly enough and the other staff I met on this journey were equally kind and professional.

I popped into Duncan and Todd opticians recently to check availability for booking a free NHS eye test. I was welcomed by Morgan who was very polite, professional and helpful. I was then seen instantly by John (also lovely and professional) who done numerous checks with the modern equipment, which confirmed that my eyes are in good health. I cannot recommend this place enough - both staff and service were excellent!

On entering Duncan and Todd, Stirling, the first thing that strikes you, is how fresh, clean, and bright it is, swiftly followed by how lovely the warm and friendly welcome is from Morgan, (the branch manager), immediately making me feel at ease. The optometrist, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, explaining everything she was doing in a professional, yet friendly manner. When it came to choosing new frames, there was no hard sell to buy the most expensive ones, but a genuine wish to get the right frame, colour, and lens that best suit you, (which I greatly appreciated given the vast range available, catering for all tastes and budgets). Morgan had the patience of a saint, taking time to listen and give advice. I would definitely recommend Duncan and Todd, Stirling, all in all an excellent service all round, where everyone went that extra mile to ensure I left completely satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent opticians would highly recommend . John professional, friendly and explained things really well. Thorough eye examination. Spacious modern premises. Up to date equipment which impressed me. Morgan helpful and friendly. Gave good advice about frames. No sense of being rushed or having to choose a frame. Thank you to the staff for their very high standard of customer care.
