Duncan and Todd

On entering Duncan and Todd, Stirling, the first thing that strikes you, is how fresh, clean, and bright it is, swiftly followed by how lovely the warm and friendly welcome is from Morgan, (the branch manager), immediately making me feel at ease. The optometrist, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, explaining everything she was doing in a professional, yet friendly manner. When it came to choosing new frames, there was no hard sell to buy the most expensive ones, but a genuine wish to get the right frame, colour, and lens that best suit you, (which I greatly appreciated given the vast range available, catering for all tastes and budgets). Morgan had the patience of a saint, taking time to listen and give advice. I would definitely recommend Duncan and Todd, Stirling, all in all an excellent service all round, where everyone went that extra mile to ensure I left completely satisfied with my purchase.

Highly efficient and friendly staff. Thorough eye exam and honest , straight forward advice regarding eye health and current requirements. Only require reading glasses and was assisted in selecting suitable frames and lenses to suit my needs and preference. Overall I was really impressed with the service received and would recommend.

This was my 89 year old aunts first visit to Duncan and Todd optician in Stirling. On our visit we were very warmly welcomed by the receptionist , John the optician and Morgan the Manager . The premises were bright, modern and the equipment was up to date. John was very professional, friendly , kind and explained things really well to my aunt all Thorough eye examination. Morgan was really helpful , friendly, chatty and knowledgeable and gave good advice about frames. They all took their time with my aunt both in the eye examination and choosing glasses. When my aunt and I returned to collect her glasses , Morgan was so friendly and helpful and ensured my aunts glasses fitted and were okay for her. Thank you to all the staff for their very high standard of customer care. My aunt and I Would highly recommend this optician.
