Much obliged to everyone for their diligence and care. I had to book this appointment as a last-minute type of thing. The optician was very effective at identifying what the issues with my eyes are. I was even asked to come back in soon for a follow-up. From where I stand, it's just 2020 being 2020. Thanks again.

Sadly, one of my contacts washed down the sink while traveling from the US. Before coming to Edinburgh we were in London and absolutely no one would help me. I tried several places and everyone said it would be months before I could be seen (contact exam) and there was nothing anyone could do. We were going to be hiking in the Highlands in a few days and I desperately needed contacts. On our way to Edinburgh I called 2020, got an appointment within a day, was in and out within 15 minutes AND was given 2 pairs of contacts to last me for the remainder of my trip. Thank you so so much!!! 😭 Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I have been going to the optometrist since I was a kid and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to you, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to the Highlands and absolutely cannot wait to come back again.
