Caitlin was very friendly and thorough with my eye test and the Queen Street store has a good range of frames to choose from. Wren was very helpful in choosing a pair that suited me and walked me through the lens options. Very happy with the service provided!

Incredibly kind and competent team, who went above and beyond to help me out. I ran into an eye issue when in town for the Fringe, and one of the team members squeezed me in for a walk-in appointment and very resourcefully solved my problem in a matter of minutes (and even gave me her Fringe recommendation while at it). I was so relieved, after a morning of looking into bureaucratic options that led nowhere, that I forgot to ask for her name. If you're reading this, you know who you are. Thank you - your team and customers are seriously lucky to have you!

Staff were pushed for time even though I had booked weeks before. Test was fine though. Glasses are expensive, and they don't have many that aren't plastic or titanium. The vast majority look like each other in shape and style. Be aware they have decided to make all glasses unisex ie there is no women's section any more - as a result I struggled to find any to fit without spending hours hunting for them in every section. So I went to another well known optician and managed to spend my money in half an hour.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. It had been quite some years since I had been to see about my eyes (too long) and they didn't judge me. They were all very professional but also friendly, explaining all the procedures to be undertaken and keeping me informed step by step, as we went on this journey together. From the reception desk, to the optician and then on to an assistant who helped me chose frames, all brilliantly done. I am thoroughly pleased and won't now be apprehensive in going to see an optician, this one and no other!!!

Optician was very thorough and professional. He explained everything, keeping me informed at every stage. When I was looking for new glasses the assistant again was very helpful and made good suggestions as well as explaining my options.
