2020 Opticians

Much obliged to everyone for their diligence and care. I had to book this appointment as a last-minute type of thing. The optician was very effective at identifying what the issues with my eyes are. I was even asked to come back in soon for a follow-up. From where I stand, it's just 2020 being 2020. Thanks again.

Mark has been just excellent, dealing with all of my issues, large & small, concerning my new hearing aids. He is a credit to 2020 & I have already recommended him, and your company. to friends of mine who also need hearing problems sorted.

Sadly, one of my contacts washed down the sink while traveling from the US. Before coming to Edinburgh we were in London and absolutely no one would help me. I tried several places and everyone said it would be months before I could be seen (contact exam) and there was nothing anyone could do. We were going to be hiking in the Highlands in a few days and I desperately needed contacts. On our way to Edinburgh I called 2020, got an appointment within a day, was in and out within 15 minutes AND was given 2 pairs of contacts to last me for the remainder of my trip. Thank you so so much!!! 😭 Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I have been going to the optometrist since I was a kid and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to you, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to the Highlands and absolutely cannot wait to come back again.

I really cannot praise Caitlin highly enough. I came in late Friday afternoon with a query, which she thoroughly investigated, determined that I needed to be seen that day as an emergency by the Eye Pavilion (which she arranged on the spot), and called me on Saturday to check on how I was doing. All of which was done while sporting a hugely infectious smile and a professional attitude. Massive thank you Caitlin and 20:20.

I had a really good experience getting my eyes tested yesterday, from start to finish: checking in at reception, seeing the very competent, reassuring and experienced optometrist and the really friendly person who helped me choose new frames for my glasses. All staff were extremely professional and kind, I walked away feeling well looked after. Thank you.
