All very pleasant and straightforward. Lorna who did the tests and eye health checks was very thorough and nice to deal with. Colin(?) who looked after the ordering of my new prescription, advised me on suitable lenses, and measured my existing frames for re-use was engaging and helpful.

Rapid and accessible. I booked the same day and found out the reason for an eye condition I'd had for years. Thankyou!

While away on holiday they were able to help out with a glasses emergency and couldn't have been any more helpful. It's this kind of approach that sets independent businesses of any kind apart from the large chains. Tha knyou for diverting a crisis that had the potential to ruin or cut short a holiday.

I arrived just on time at the optician was ready to see me. She had clearly looked up records before, and was very prompt and professional, she also answered some of my questions and gave me advice on why I might have a twitchy eye (screen use)! Would recommend using 20:20.
