I arrived just on time at the optician was ready to see me. She had clearly looked up records before, and was very prompt and professional, she also answered some of my questions and gave me advice on why I might have a twitchy eye (screen use)! Would recommend using 20:20.

My first eye exam since 2019, and I am a new patient at 2020 Opticians. Staff were friendly, professional, thorough and helpful. Very happy with my experience there, and will recommend you to those looking for an optician in East Lothian. My first ever eye test and it was absolutely painless. I'd recommend everyone get their eyes tested, but they should do it here..

I had my ears micro suctioned today to remove wax and Rachel was lovely. Explained all that would happen and a quick and pain free removal. As I was also going for a “more sophisticated” eye pressure test immediately after, Rachel took the time to explain that I was anxious to Eve, the optician. She (Eve) was also friendly and chatty and explained everything up front. Procedure was totally painless and very easy to tolerate. Great service - thank you Rachel and Eve. Your empathy and attitude really helped me relax! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go back.
