In for a hearing test lately with Rachael. She explained everything that Was going to happen in the test and as we worked through it explained what the results meant. It was all very easy going. Rachael was very friendly and professional. Excellent service

I had my two young children with me and all the staff were very accommodating, patient, and understanding. The test process was very pleasant and efficient for me. The staff members even reassured my children when they had to turn the lights off and got a book and mini lamp for them to look at. Because of how accomodating they were to them it meant things went smoothly. Huge thanks. It makes all the difference.

The staff at Browns are all very friendly and helpful. The optometrist explained everything about the eye test, gave advice where necessary and answered my questions. The lady that helped me choose my new glasses was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Good service all round.

It was Lincoln who took my appointment. He was extremely polite and very professional. He carefully explained in detail before carrying out each part of the eye exam process. It made me feel very relaxed and confident throughout the whole process. My current frames were loose at the bottom of one of the screws and one of the ladies very kindly tightened the leg and cleaned my frames very well. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
