If i could give 10 stars i would found this place online so popped in on the hope it wouldnt cost to much to fix my damaged glasses didnt catch the mans name but he had them fixed within 5 minutes never charged me anything the receptionist was lovely overall great experience will be using them from now on 👍

I recently had an appointment for a lens aftercare check, and I was really impressed with the service. The optician was very polite and carried out a thorough examination, which made me feel well looked after. While I was there, I also took the opportunity to browse new glasses and sunglasses. A lovely lady named Laura helped me choose some frames, and she was absolutely fantastic—friendly, honest with her opinions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. All of the staff, both in person and over the phone, were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. They answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Overall, it was a really positive experience!

Excellent and friendly customer service. They helped me pick out the correct size of glasses for my face. Also had a straight forward eye appointment. Very efficiently run and friendly place. Would highly recommend.
