I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Brown's Opticians! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The reception team was friendly and efficient, ensuring that all my details were up-to-date and answering any questions I had. The eye examination was thorough and professional. The optometrist explained every step of the process, making it both informative and reassuring. They took the time to address my concerns and provided expert advice on maintaining my eye health. Choosing new glasses (in a previous visit) was a delight. The staff member was incredibly patient, offering helpful suggestions while respecting my preferences. They clearly had a great understanding of style and fit, and I left with a pair of frames I absolutely love! The entire experience (of both visits) was seamless, with an evident focus on customer care and attention to detail. It was excellent. I had emailed my concerns re my eyes and received a phone call in which all my concerns were acknowledged and the optician advised that I should come in for a check. I then had an appointment with John Pearson who was his usual extremely understanding and professional self who diagnosed the problem and treatment required. As I get older I get more stressed about any health issues and I felt so much better after my appointment.

Felt I had a thorough eye examination from John. He went through the recent treatment I had had and did all the tests necessary. When choosing glasses, Alison was patient and gave very good advice to enable me to pick glasses that were right for me.

Fantastic service. Went in for a glasses frame adjustment and couldn't have been more welcoming and willing to help. Roddy is a true gent. Will definitely be coming back for any further required Opticians services.

From the moment when I called to when I met the doctor, I enjoyed your service. The front desk officer was very calm on phone and even assisted in rescheduling my appointment when I missed the first one. The Ophthalmologist was very friendly, kind and professional. This is one of the best services I have received since relocating to the UK.
