Had a issue with my eye so called the Queen Street branch and was seen almost straight away by a lovely Optician. She got to the bottom of my eye problem quickly and gave me clear instructions on how to treat it. Excellent customer care from this branch and my eye is getting better - thank you!

From the moment when I called to when I met the doctor, I enjoyed your service. The front desk officer was very calm on phone and even assisted in rescheduling my appointment when I missed the first one. The Ophthalmologist was very friendly, kind and professional. This is one of the best services I have received since relocating to the UK.

Peter was very knowledgeable and thorough. He's of great ethical and professional character. And I appreciated he took the time to listen attentively and to explain fully. He's got a great manner to him.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The optician I saw was very thorough and gave me excellent advice to help with the problem I had. There was no sales pressure just excellent diagnosis and solutions. While I was being seen they also helped my husband with a problem about a long-standing problem with an appointment, sorting it within 40 mins!
