A wonderful experience from start to end, with a timely appointment made by phone to a nice and friendly visit with the optometrist, who provided a wealth of information and humour to put me at ease with my questions and concerns about my eye health.

Ewan is very efficient and thorough, helpful and kind. It is always a pleasure to visit him for an eye test as he is very knowledgeable, reassuring and makes one feel at ease!

Friendly front of house staff and Ewan was his usual considerate care in assessing what was going on, with comparisons with previous years' results. Happily no change in eyes, was reassuring about my allergy to plaster dust etc and has got me back on Monday 26th to assess Field of Vision. My distance spectacles were quickly tightened by the assistant.

Excellent eye test and lovely service. Claire was fantastic at helping with choosing the frames.Very knowledgable and honest about what suits and what doesn't! I ended up with choices I was happy with. First time ever buying glasses and a very reluctant wearer. Great service.
