The staff were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and the lady who helped me select my new glasses was very knowledgeable. Any time I come for an appointment or drop in for help the customer service is excellent.

Professional and friendly staff. Very flexible and accommodating whenever I've needed an appointment. The selection of glasses are excellent as are the staff. In particular Carol, Jennifer, Mavish and Jen have all looked after me to the highest of standards.

I ordered reading glasses a month ago, told they’d be ready in a week. After chasing and unanswered calls, I finally went in — only to be shown completely different frames I never chose. Staff admitted they picked something else without telling me, and said I’d need to pay £140 more for the frames I actually ordered. No real compensation offered. On top of that, I paid £50 extra for a blue-light filter and the lenses look grey and unattractive — unlike any I’ve had before from Specsavers. I’ve been left with glasses I don’t like and very poor service.

Jonn Watson the optometrist I saw in Dunfermline was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable and explained each step of the eye test to me. I would highly recommend John to my friends. The whole experience was great.

Fantastic service and eye test thourogh and very professional. However the cost to change lenses in glasses was way too expensive £150, when I can get this elsewhere a third of the cost. I would much rather give 2020 the business but the cost is prohibitive.
