I am sure some customers were happy. Be very very wary. Please avoid this place. I have had diabolocal service. Watchout from a specific female assistant she can can turn on you with a flick of a finger. I had a doctors letter the assistant could not be bothered to discuss the way forward and could nit wait for me to usher me away. All very quick to lie and way way way over priced. All very very arrogant. Please stay away from this sest pit. The guys that have had a good experience are happy to pay a high price, and are not aware that there are far better services and products elsewhere. Please avoid!!!

Excellent care as per usual and no hard sell for glasses. I do need them but will have to wait until after Christmas.

Nice and extremely helpful. Managed to get a shard of glass in my eye. Thought I got it out myself, but asked your team to double-check things and they were happy to do so (eye is fine now) Very grateful for the assist! Thank you

All staff friendly and pleasant, an efficient eye test and very thorough. I also love that the optician didn't try and force sell me glasses, I've had that in the past. Thanks 😊
