Such a positive experience today at my routine eye examination. Praise indeed to the optician Ms Zahira Ali for her professionalism and her friendly attentive manner. I felt completely listened to and had a good discussion about the glasses I require. As always, David Davidson, Branch Manager is exemplary with his care, assistance, knowledge and advice. A heartfelt thank you to the Peebles branch team - including Moira on reception for all her work too.
