Picture this: you’re on holiday in Skye, you’re nearsighted, and your baby has just grabbed and detached that thing that goes behind your ear on one side (called a temple apparently, thanks Google). What do you do? Answer: Go here. My glasses were fixed and cleaned immaculately in 3 minutes by the friendly staff. Nice to be able to fully enjoy the scenery and see clearly again. Thanks so much!

These kind and warm professionals stand above other opticians and optical shop. I found myself on Skye having left at home the 2 weeks worth of contact lenses I had set aside for my trip. Without hesitation, they provided me (gratis) with a week’s worth of contact lenses. True customer-focused professionals. Thank you!!

On my drive to Portree the arm of my glasses fell off making the last hour or so a little challenging. The optician and receptionist could not have been more professional friendly and helpful not only fixing but giving my glasses the best clean they have had since new all in under 10 minutes. During our vacation, my mother was able to pop in to the Portree office and have her eyeglasses adjusted as she was wearing a new pair of glasses which were uncomfortable.
