I had my Eye Test Done in the Perth Store and I was made very welcome and felt very much at ease. Lovely smiling happy ladies in Reception, Paulina and her Colleague. My Eye test was done by Jennifer and was totally Professional, Exceptional, and Detailed. Everything was explained at all stages. Choosing my new glasses with Paulina was just so pleasant and we got everything done Professionally and Personally to suit my personal needs. Two 5-star ratings for these Lovely Ladies.

All the staff were very friendly and personable. They assisted my choice of frames without being pushy. The optician explained things clearly too. I was very pleased with my choice to change opticians. I have a different type of lens and the frames are very stylish. I hope they deliver on the difference they will make when I get them! My wife will be booking an appointment in the near future.

From walking in the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming, there was minimal waiting for my appointment and the optician really helped to ease my anxiety with the pressure testing. Overall a very enjoyable experience but thankfully I didn't need to purchase glasses yet.

I chose D&T simply because they were nearby and open, when I decided to get a long overdue eye test and new glasses. It proved to be a good decision as the whole process was professional, efficient and also fun. Michelle was great in conducting my eye exam and carefully explaining what she was doing and what the results meant. She also provided a lot of useful advice and shared experience when it came to options for my new specs. Paulina then spent a very generous amount of time helping me choose frames and we had quite a bit of fun with that. I'm delighted with my new glasses but the whole experience of getting them was made enjoyable by D&T's excellent team.
